To become a speaker, you will have to write an email to eoairdcenter@gmail.com, giving a brief of your topic. Once the Technical Committee approves the topic, you can become a speaker at the EOAI Conference 2024. However, the deadline to submit the topic is 30th November, 2023.

Yes. The delegate list will be available online on www.eaoi.in from 15th November, 2023 and will be updated weekly.
An individual can book only one room under their name at the Venue Hotel. If a company has several registrations, then they can book room against each registration. However, if you book more than one room against one registration, then it will be cancelled.
No. EOAI does not offer any cancellations after the booking. The registration is non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable.
Yes, the shuttles will be running between the Satellite Hotel and the Venue Hotel on all the 3 days of the Conference.
Maximum 2 children and 1 spouse can be registered per delegate. However, children above 10 years have to be compulsorily registered as spouse. Also, children below 10 years will not be permitted to visit the exhibition and technical session areas.
